Every item is produced on demand after your order is placed, which means production and delivery take longer than off-the-shelf products. Delivery dates are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed. Please review the size guide carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues. Returns or replacements are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

We accept returns under the following conditions:

- Damaged or defective items:
If your product arrives damaged, we’ll cover the return and provide a replacement or refund.

- Size Related Returns:
Every piece is produced on demand specifically for you. To ensure the best fit, please review the size guide carefully before placing your order, as size-related returns cannot be accepted. Returns are only accepted if an incorrect size was shipped by us.

- Order Cancellations:
As each item is made on demand, orders cannot be canceled once production begins. Cancellation requests may be accepted within 8 hours of purchase if the item has not yet entered production. Cancellation requests will be reviewed case by case and are NOT guaranteed.

IMPORTANT:
- Items must be returned in unused, unworn condition with original packaging. Used or worn items are not eligible for a refund.
- Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.
- Proof of damage (photos) is required for damaged item claims.
